After agreeing on the price of vehicle and completing the purchase application, the business manager proceeded to run two hard inquiries on my credit. Best rate the business manager found was over 3% worse t purchase application, the business manager proceeded to run two hard inquiries on my credit. Best rate the business manager found was over 3% worse than the financing from my own bank (my credit score is over 800). Hence, I told the business manager Koons would need to match the rate I received from my bank, otherwise I can just get the loan from my bank. Afterwards, I was ignored by the dealership for days and found out later the car has been sold to somebody else. So now I’m left with a credit score 15 points lower due to hard inquiries Koons performed, and there is no car because I wouldn’t agree to pay their higher interest rate on the financing. More
