LOVE MY JEEP! I worked with Craig Benner through a promotion running on the Wrangler Forums for a discounted new Wrangler. I had already worked with other dealers in the past and I was ready to just give up on buying my dream vehicle and go with something used again. I took another chance on buying a Wrangler because I just NEEDED to and it was the best decision I ever made!! From the outset, Craig kept me informed about the status of my new jeep, from the day it left factory to the day it was delivered to the dealership. I had to drive almost 4 hours from home to the dealership and it was worth every minute! Craig was incredibly gracious by staying late since I had got caught up in Virginia holiday traffic. I would definitely recommend Koons again to anyone who is looking for their next Wrangler! More

The trade price was fair and the sale price of the 200 was amazing. I had to pick up,the vehicle on Christmas Eve. This is a day no one wants to be working. They were festive. My vehicle was cleaned,fueled and ready for me thanks to Patrick Sullivan. We were wished a Merry Christmas by all of the staff. We were offered some of their lunch as we were there at lunch time. Then it was off to the finance office. Justin Sutherland was amazing. He found us the best rate and a term perfect for us. He reviewed.several extended warranties. And service options and did not pressure us to purchase one. We were able to extend our warranty with his help for a reasonable term and a reasonable price. All of the mangers Congratulated us and thanked us for our business. The general manager James Morris was the last to thank me. Then Patrick demonstrated the features on the new car. He linked my phone and set my radio stations along with the driver conveniences. It was a truly amazing experience. I want to Thank Ericea, Patrick, Justin and James for there making me feel like the most important customer in the world on a day that they probably would have rather been home with family. Go to Koons for your next vehicle. They will definitely WOW you.. say hello to Erica, Patrick, Justin and James. If they read this. He facilitated a long distance purchase for me and picked me up at the airport. I had prearranged financing with my bank. They offered to beat the rate. I let them try and they did, however days later I recieved notice from my credit monitoring of major changes to my credit report. I found the finance ran my credit 9 different times! To save me a half a point. More

Planned to have my vehicle serviced later in the week and found out there was service availability on the same day. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and my vehicle prepared to be serviced. I had a couple of questions for the my Service Advisor "Gabriel McCorkle" and he fully answered my questions and was also able to add service for a manufacturer recall I had forgotten about so I would not have to make two trips. I felt very comfortable having the service team work on my vehicle as I have not had that experience with other service areas with other local dealerships who always seemed to push additional service not needed for my vehicle. I will be taking and trusting my vehicle with the Koons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service team from now on. More

Two different sales people would not respond to simple emails on if specific new vehicles listed on their website were available, options, etc, even after visiting in person. Multiple emails received no response at all. Brought my concerns up to the general manager, subsequent interest lasted 24 hours then back to a complete lack of any response. There are lots of other choices, just go elsewhere. More

More
