He articulated the differences between the models, put us in several so we could experience the differences, was patient with me as I insisted that I wanted features that he knew I probably didn't really want (bye bye manual transmission! I don't miss you), and then ultimately was accommodating and searched far and wide to find the perfect-for-me Baja Yellow jeep (even though yellow has poor resale ;-)).
