I told Noah that I wanted to buy that vehicle and I would be at the dealership first thing in the morning. When I arrived at the dealership the next morning, the vehicle was clean and serviced waiting on me at the time we discussed. All the paperwork was in order and ready to go. Needless to say the process was painful and straight to the point. No kidding around and no hassling from Noah. I was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours and on my way home. My car has always been serviced well, and I receive regular email reminders when it is time to bring the car in for routine maintenance. Adam seems to go the extra mile in helping customers feel welcome and comfortable. I need quite a bit of service to my vehicle, as I had missed a couple of maintenance appointments. Adam explained what my vehicle needed and why. He even went out of his way to help me transfer some boxes from my rental vehicle to my own car, when I came in to pick it up. (One negative was after we decided on the car, we waited for a very long time to get through the process. One woman sold us some waxing package which had value and we bought it but was just painful to sit through. Also Finance took forever, make sure you block off sometime) All in all I would go back to Koons to see Noah if I was ever in the market for another car.
