(One negative was after we decided on the car, we waited for a very long time to get through the process. One woman sold us some waxing package which had value and we bought it but was just painful to sit through. Also Finance took forever, make sure you block off sometime) All in all I would go back to Koons to see Noah if I was ever in the market for another car. I live in Richmond Virginia and I came across a jeep that I was interested in on Koon's website. I called them up and talked to Harris Durrani. I test drove the jeep, loved it, and purchased the jeep. Harris made it extremely easy throughout the sales process and wasted none of my time by having the jeep ready to go out the door on my arrival.
