At the foundation, or should we say chassis, of Koons Tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram is a desire to bring drivers in the greater Tysons Corner area an assortment of new and used cars capable of transforming everyday commutes into something a little more extraordinary. This is why we sell only new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM models such as the Grand Cherokee, 200, Charger, 1500 and Durango, and mint-condition used cars.
But, that simply wasn't enough. So, in addition to our new and used car inventories renowned across the state of Virginia, we decided to add a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM service center commanded by a team of experts hand-picked for their knowledge, passion and promise to treat every car as if it was their own... and because we know there are still people set on doing it themselves: we added a genuine Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM parts shop.

I purchased a 2006 Trailblazer through the dealership. At the final purchase, I was charged for Gap Coverage and was told that they would also pay the deductable if anything should happen. I read the fine print and it explicitly said otherwise. I also bought the paint and dent coverage at that time. Since then (approx. 4 months) I had to return for service and I was told that the paint and dent coverage was only for manufacturer defects and did not cover anything else. Both of these show a total lack of knowledge on their part. A defective battery had to be replaced as it was leaking. The engine compartment was not cleaned and as a result the power steering lines were corroded and rusted. I was told these will not be replaced even though the battery was defective. Through all this, I have been to the dealership 5 times (of which 3 were a waste because when I showed up at the "scheduled" time, I was told to come back because I wasn't on the schedule. I would never recommend them to anyone. More

I have brought my vehical to Tysons repeditivley. I have had nothing but problems with the quality of work since the my first service visit to their service department. I would not recomend them to anyone had nothing but problems with the quality of work since the my first service visit to their service department. I would not recomend them to anyone I know, and I know that Chrysler would not approve of their name being presented as it is there. More

This is old info but saw latest review so it doesn't look like anything has changed. Took car in for warranty covered repairs three times -each time they kept saying brakes were bad (not covered of course). like anything has changed. Well, lo and behold the car passed 5 annual Virginia safety inspections during that time period. More

Did not perform brake service requested under warranty when warranty was expiring. Came back, told warranty had expired and that I had to pay for service out of pocket. Had to have service redone at another dealership. Plenty friendly but they don't deliver on repairs and they don't honor commitments made in advance. More
