I have brought my vehical to Tysons repeditivley. I have had nothing but problems with the quality of work since the my first service visit to their service department. I would not recomend them to anyone had nothing but problems with the quality of work since the my first service visit to their service department. This is old info but saw latest review so it doesn't look like anything has changed. Took car in for warranty covered repairs three times -each time they kept saying brakes were bad (not covered of course). like anything has changed. Well, lo and behold the car passed 5 annual Virginia safety inspections during that time period. More

Did not perform brake service requested under warranty when warranty was expiring. Came back, told warranty had expired and that I had to pay for service out of pocket. Had to have service redone at another dealership. Plenty friendly but they don't deliver on repairs and they don't honor commitments made in advance. More
