They were very fast and easy to work with. Car-buying right now is very stressful, but they made it as painless as you could reasonably expect. This is a five-star review that the dealership may not actually love, but I want to be transparent about my experience. They charged a fair bit above MSRP, but they didn't hide it or try to pretend they were giving me a bunch of great accessories or whatever. The price was what it was, and they honored it without tacking anything new on. In two weeks, they got me into a vehicle that is out of stock and waitlisted everywhere else in the DMV. I still feel like I got a good deal, since the same model/trim is selling *used* elsewhere for more than I paid for it brand new. People say they will remember the dealers that "price-gouged" them now once the market turns around. Well, I will remember Koons for striking the right balance: they charged a fair price for the current market while ensuring sure they could meet the needs of people that are in immediate need of a vehicle. If you are in a similar position, I highly recommend Koons. If you insist on paying MSRP and have months to wait (or a ton of flexibility about what kind of vehicle you get), there are dealers charging MSRP that you can go to. I'd still recommend checking out Koons to see what they can do for you- always worth a shot! edit- I'd also add that I basically had nothing to offer them - I had outside financing and nothing to trade-in. It's a dealer's market, and they could've easily told me they had nothing for months, and sold the car at the same price to someone financing through them or trading-in. I hear horror stories of people getting this sort of treatment, but Koons will not treat you like a second-class customer. More
