miles told me you need a new tires which is they are not be rotated correctly every single time they perform service on my car and wanted me pay a few thousand for something that should be never happened and should be covered by service or any adjustment need to be done. I will not be told to do that. That seems to me it just wanna charge me for something that should be done by service. Very disappointed never go back to that dealer.
