I'm giving this 5 stars due to Amazing service by Service Advisor TAHER SINNAWI. Immediately he stepped up and help me with replacing my left brake & turn signal outage and replacement of my wipers blades. Advisor TAHER SINNAWI. I've never bought a car on my own before, and was searching on all the used car sites. I selected a 2018 RAV4 hybrid, and was contacted by Jonathan Coreas at Koons. From his first text to him takin searching on all the used car sites. I selected a 2018 RAV4 hybrid, and was contacted by Jonathan Coreas at Koons. From his first text to him taking the time to pair my phone with the car, it was all about me. He readily changed our first appt when I needed to. He sent me the nicest intro video, so I would know with whom I was meeting. He answered my endless questions, was extremely respectful, and really seemed intent on getting me exactly what I wanted at a price that I was comfortable with. His counterpart Gabriel in Finance was also attentive and both were sensitive to my tight schedule.
