Scam artists horrible company Called for a oil change, I got one price over the phone, amd they thought I needed synthetic oil. Turns out I didn't. I was quoted 29. On the phone, took off work, went there then the switch tom54.00. Deberah called me amd was obnoxious, over talking, amd said this happened once b/4 and she would fix it. And moving forward my price is 54.00. I told her that the people that answer the phone should know what they are talking about and honor the prices. She agreed. I also advised her that I would still ask the prices as there are coupons and specials almost at every car place often and if I'm giving a bait and switch I would file yet another complaint. At that time I guess she did not like what she heard and then said she would not do anything and if I wanted to bring my business else where I could. This place is a rip off scam place. And the lady Debra when she tried to contact me was rude over talking and obnoxious, you should avoid this place at all costs unless you have a lawyer on standby or can put it in you're head that everything they quote you will be double charged including the thousands of dollars in work that they will recommend to you that most of the time does not need to be done More

Horrible Experience NEVER buy a car from these people. They do not check their cars before listing them on their websites and almost sold us a lemon. We ended up buying a NEVER buy a car from these people. They do not check their cars before listing them on their websites and almost sold us a lemon. We ended up buying a car that had several issues that were never checked out on the front end before listing the car for sale. We wanted to exchange the car and called them within the 7 day period from when we purchased the original car, and said we now wanted to go with the other car (that we didn't know was a lemon) that we had been looking at initially. Mysteriously that car was now not for sale and was all the sudden removed from the website and no longer available as they said it had all kinds of issues they were not previously aware of. They claim the car had a 7-9K part issue however they were previously trying to sell it to us. We asked for our money back as there were no cars in our price range and we were told they only do exchanges. The fact that this dealership is highly unethical and places poorly checked and maintained cars on their used car site and even sells cars with issues is of grave concern. It is also a liability for them from a lemon law perspective. So save your money and your time. We escalated this to the Manager and he was cluless and then to the Director, George, who didn't want to help us at all. He was actually immature and unprofessional during our call and even laughed multiple times while on the phone with me. He would only consider a trade and there was nothing in our price range that wasn't ancient and obviously our trust was at that point lost with them. These people are seriously crooks....shop at Ourisman Fairfax. I bought a car from them and other dealerships even told us that what they are doing is a very unethical practice to not check cars completely before listing them for sale. This was an unfair and terrible customer experience and I will never shop at a Koons again. This could have been a potential lemon law lawsuit waiting to happen. More

Dishonest I took my vehicle to Koons Toyota for my 20,000 mile prepaid service. After my car was serviced, I was told a multi-point inspection was done, includ I took my vehicle to Koons Toyota for my 20,000 mile prepaid service. After my car was serviced, I was told a multi-point inspection was done, including tire rotation. The service advisor told me everything was completed and my vehicle was in great shape. When I got to my car, it was obvious the tire rotation was not completed. However, the invoice indicated was done and I was being billed for it. I called to speak with a manager and Mike O'Neal immediately starting making excuses about this task saying that just because I couldn't tell the tires were rotated, it didn't mean it didn't happened. I mentioned I had a special lock for my tires and that I could tell the key wasn't used during the service. Again, Mr. O'Neil said that they service 200+ vehicles every Saturday and that I was mistaken. Time and time again I tried to explain there was no evidence of this task being completed, but every time some new excuse was made. He even mentioned they video tape the service and that I was welcome to come over so I could be proven wrong. I finally got fed up and hang up the phone. Ten minutes later, I received a voice message from Mr. O'Neil where he indicated they had reviewed the video and the task was not completed, but he needed to talk to me to "explain" yet again another excuse for not being honest.
