Terrible THE WORST SERVICE! they sold me a vehicle that knew was damaged, they lost the power of attorney and dont care to fix their mistake. My credit score has been here for the last month because of the knew was damaged, they lost the power of attorney and dont care to fix their mistake. The sales person has no interest in answering phone calls as he was witness to me giving the finance department and their hand the power of attorney. I keep taking the vehicle back so that it can be worked on but every time they say nothing is wrong with it when clearly there’s something wrong with the steering and with the shox of the vehicle. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership I will never recommend them to anybody. More

BEWARE!!! they tried to ADD the cost of repairs (that they needed to do to be able to sell the used car ) to the listed price ON TOP of the listed price. We had also filled out financing on the Koons si they needed to do to be able to sell the used car ) to the listed price ON TOP of the listed price. They did nothing with it, waited till we were sitting in finance to run our credit (why have it on online then??) Only used them because they had the specific car we have been looking months for. I reached out to this dealer to potentially purchase a new tundra trd pro. I had been looking all over the region and talked to many dealerships in the process. The salesman that responded provided the re new tundra trd pro. I had been looking all over the region and talked to many dealerships in the process. The salesman that responded provided the requested information. When I asked about the price I then received a response from the General Sales Manager stating that they had been selling the TRD Pros at "5k-10k OVER MSRP" but because of black friday they were "considering $3500 OVER MSRP", how thoughtful of them. This is simply dealer greed at its finest. I have talked to many dealerships in my search and because of the supply of TRD PROs many were selling at MSRP or a slight markup but nowhere near what Koons Tysons was asking for. Clearly they dont care about ripping off customers. A word of advise, dont pay over MSRP. Do your research and shop around, most likely you wont have to look far. More
