I was very pleased with the service I received from the staff at Koons of Owings Mills. Admittedly,I was a challenging customer because, initially, I was unwilling to be flexible. However, Camille Vigelle worked dilegntly to find a car that would be suitable for me. We looked at dozens of cars and finally after 9 hours of working with me, we were able to make a deal. The entire time the staff was super friendly and very accomadating, despite my high expectations and limited resources. Gary Rubenstein and Skip Stover also worked with Camille to find a car that fit both my approval and price. And even though I changed my mind about the vehicle I wanted to purchase several times, they all continued to work to make me happy. From the moment I walked in, the Koons team made me feel as though I was the ONLY customer! Camille and I had an instant rapport. When I realized I could not get what I wanted for what I was willing to pay, Mr. Little showed me a number of other cars and explained what other options I had. He and the entire team worked tirelessly to find a car that would fit my needs. They were extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process.
