This particular service visit was the quickest in and out yet. Typically I wait over an hour for oil change service which is somewhat annoying, but this time in and out in 30 minutes which is as it should yet. The salesperson at the dealership was very professional and nice and very helpful. Where The problem came in. Was that the front hood of the car had marks on it? they said they would fix it, that painted and nice and very helpful. Where The problem came in. Was that the front hood of the car had marks on it? they said they would fix it, that painted the spots but never buffed it out. We got there and they'dn't and the onstar system inside the car was not working properly when we picked it up, it took us over a month to straighten that out. That's why they got a 3 star rating. The girl from finance was extremely helpful. Just disappointed in the amount of attention to detail they paid to the hood. More
