Service was fine This was a warranty repair for a burnt valve guide Or something that required a new head Although a disappointment for a relatively new truck and a Toyota There was no loaner availab valve guide Or something that required a new head Although a disappointment for a relatively new truck and a Toyota There was no loaner available... And why wouldn't they wash and vacuum the truck ?? If you want to provide excellent service A simple wash and vacuum would be more impressive than the constant emails and text updating with redundant information. Thx More
