Disappointing to say the least. They were supposed to top off fluids, but upon visual inspection I noticed they didn’t even top off the windshield fluid! Certainly, that’s an easy thing, so who knows if they ever did ant inspection at all? I’ve bought several new trucks at Koons, but I’m no longer sure I’ll be buying there again! Very disappointed.
