Had to buy a new key fob for our van. It was expensive but we figured it would be from the dealer. The problem was the work they said our van needed. Particularly the fact that they said It was expensive but we figured it would be from the dealer. The problem was the work they said our van needed. Particularly the fact that they said our rear brakes were down to 3%. We declined and got a second opinion. We were told our rear brakes were at 50% by an independent repair shop. This kind of service makes us never want to use a dealer for maintenance. More
