Though I usually have no problems here i have had 2 bad Though I usually have no problems here i have had 2 bad experiences from this service department. First was a request for a brake service which was Though I usually have no problems here i have had 2 bad experiences from this service department. First was a request for a brake service which was not performed followed by the subsequent service that resulted in new rotors and pads when i could have avoided the purchase of the new rotors had they been serviced when i asked originally. Second bad experience... Sent truck in for squeaking noise when turning wheel and loud clunking when driving over small bumps or pot holes. Could not replicate clunking and was told the front shocks were bad and needed to replace to fix the squeaking. So with new shocks on i head home. I found the squeaking was still there. I climbed under my truck to diagnose the issue myself and found a nut completely loose in my suspension. They towed my truck back to the dealer to fix and assured me the squeaking problem was due to the loose nut and delivered my truck back to me 1.5 days later. Bottom line i still have minor clunking and i still have a squeak! I think i will go elsewhere for everything but a simple oil change. More
