5 stars because they were willing to drop the price of the car about $1k. Huda and her manager did a great job working with us on the price for the vehicle. I took the car to our mechanic today, and they the car about $1k. Huda and her manager did a great job working with us on the price for the vehicle. I took the car to our mechanic today, and they said that the only things the car needs fixed is a change of the cabin and engine air filters and the exhaust system. Unfortunately, they said that the car exhaust pipe is leaking, which is about a $600 fix. I wish that this was fixed before they listed the car for sale. Our mechanic also said it was pretty clear that the back bumper had either been replaced or repaired, and they could tell because the paint on the car and bumper was a bit different. More

Called/emailed an appointment to replace headlights to be sure they would have LED headlights in stock. I have a 70 rountrip mile commute...so I asked to wait for the repair believing they would be "ready". sure they would have LED headlights in stock.
