Service was very accommodating. Had to have my car towed by AAA late one morning, but didn’t have to be present at dealer. They were able to diagnosis the issue and fix it by afternoon. He was also very low key; definitely no high pressure sales. He helped me narrow down what features/options were available in my price range and we were able to find just what i wanted on the lot. Mimi; the F/I person was also great. Extremely friendly and helpful in explaining different warranty/service packages available. Esmeralda; the internet sales person was also great in touching base with me periodically to see how she could help in my search for a new vehicle prior to my appointment with Brian. Brian; the sales manager was easy to work with as well. I am quite the haggler, so he joined Brian Haynesworth and together we were able to come to a price we could all find acceptable. Highly recommend Cowles and will be back at some point when I purchase my next truck.
