I was completely miss led by their sales staff. I traveled almost 350 miles round trip to purchase a used truck from them. The used truck was to be ready for me to purchase when I showed up. First I traveled almost 350 miles round trip to purchase a used truck from them. The used truck was to be ready for me to purchase when I showed up. First off it had been smoked in and they tried to cover it up, it was almost out of gas, so I kept the test ride short, and the emergency brake didn't work. When I questioned the salesman, he stated it had passed VA. inspection. When I climbed under the truck, it was completely covered with rust. I mean the flakey rooting kind. The one sales manager offered me a discount if I bought it. Then he had his "boss" come out and shared Koon Ford shouldn't have this quality of car on their lot. I stated it should have been wholesaled. He stated, "someone will buy it". I had a friend drive me down and with fuel and food for the both of us it cost me about $100.00 No one made an attempt to apologize. I'm surprised that Koon Ford with its reputation would allow this behavior. More
My experience at Koons Ford of Woodbridge was nothing short of appalling, marked by blatant unprofessionalism and outright disrespect from a salesman named Eddie Sakyi, who claimed to be the manager. Fro short of appalling, marked by blatant unprofessionalism and outright disrespect from a salesman named Eddie Sakyi, who claimed to be the manager. From the moment I attempted to discuss the vehicle, Eddie’s behavior was combative and dismissive. He repeatedly interrupted me with condescending “yep, yep, yep” remarks, refusing to let me fully express my legitimate concerns about the car’s condition. When I pointed out that the dealership’s advertisement was misleading and failed to disclose visible damage on the vehicle, Eddie’s response was to roll his eyes repeatedly—a gesture that felt both patronizing and hostile. I drove a significant distance to visit this dealership, a fact I shared in an effort to negotiate in good faith. Instead of engaging, Eddie dismissed my concerns, smugly stating he had already “taken $500 off” as if that resolved the issue of their deceptive advertising. When I asked for a fair number to move forward, Eddie claimed he would “have to sleep on it,” stalling and showing zero interest in working toward a deal. I mentioned that I was planning to purchase a car within the week, hoping to convey urgency, but Eddie twisted this into an accusation, leaning back in his chair and sarcastically asking if I was “giving him an ultimatum.” His tone was mocking, and his attitude suggested he viewed the interaction as a power struggle rather than a professional transaction. When I clarified that I was simply trying to negotiate, he doubled down, boasting about customers from New Jersey as if my time and effort were irrelevant. Eddie’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful, turning what should have been a straightforward car-buying process into a frustrating and demeaning ordeal. His refusal to listen, coupled with his eye-rolling and dismissive attitude, made it clear that Koons Ford of Woodbridge has no regard for customer service or transparency. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to look elsewhere—there are plenty of dealerships that value their customers and operate with integrity. Save yourself the headache and avoid Koons Ford of Woodbridge at all costs. More
The most sleaziest dealership experience ever! Salesman/ manager? Hadi Al Hage, has no morals or scruples. They made me pay $476 for a Mercedes Benz inspection and "sold" the car right under my no Salesman/ manager? Hadi Al Hage, has no morals or scruples. They made me pay $476 for a Mercedes Benz inspection and "sold" the car right under my nose. 5pm I get the report from MB of Alexandria regarding the condition of the vehicle, and when I spoke with him he said "he has to speak to the team to see what they can do". Next morning when I call, I was told that they sold the car! ... knowing that I was interested and paid for an inspection at the dealership! Didn't even give me the right of refusal!.... I find it hard to believe that a car that has been sitting for 2 weeks got sold on the spot in the evening after 6pm! xxxxxxxx! ... it is still listed on carfax and on their website 2 days later! LIARS and cheaters.... DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.... BUYER BEWARE! I have proof and of text and recorded conversations of their lies! More

The car shopping experience should be one that allows for careful consideration, not undue pressure from the dealership. It should involve time spent exploring options, test driving vehicles, and making a de careful consideration, not undue pressure from the dealership. It should involve time spent exploring options, test driving vehicles, and making a decision based on genuine interest. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Koons Ford in Woodbridge, VA has prompted me to share my concerns. I visited the dealership this morning and had a positive initial interaction with the salesperson. I inquired about the availability of a specific vehicle for a test drive, to which the salesperson assured me he would check with his manager. Upon returning, he informed me that the manager had agreed to make an exception and allow us to test drive the vehicle. However, when the salesperson went to retrieve a dealer plate, he returned with the general sales manager. This individual, whom I will describe as an older African American male, approached us without properly introducing himself. He sternly told me, in front of my family, that unless we were prepared to make a purchase that day, a test drive would not be permitted. Even my children were questioning how someone could decide what car they would want to purchase without a test drive. I couldn’t agree more. This interaction left me not only disappointed but also concerned about the treatment I received. I felt there was bias present in the manager’s behavior, possibly based on assumptions about our intent or ability to purchase a vehicle in this price range. It was a disheartening experience that I felt was both unprofessional and discriminatory. As a result, I strongly advise potential customers to consider other dealerships where you will be treated with respect and professionalism throughout the entire process. I will never be returning to Koons Ford. More
