Amazing Experience at Cowles Ford! We haven’t bought a brand new vehicle in over 20 years.After looking at several dealerships, we decided to go to Cowles Ford and I’m so glad we did. We haven’t bought a brand new vehicle in over 20 years.After looking at several dealerships, we decided to go to Cowles Ford and I’m so glad we did. Christian our salesman was enjoyable and genuinely knowledgeable about the vehicles they had, and showed us the vehicle we were looking for! They had a lot to choose from and were very organized on the lot. After only a few hours we walked out with a Ford Explorer Platinum for a very reasonable price. If you are looking for a vehicle in the DMV, I would recommend Cowles Ford and Christian to take care of you. I will recommend both of them to all of my friends and family in the area and the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will go back to Cowles Ford! More

Awful dealership. An awful dealership, save time and money by going any place else. THEY HAVE AN $800 "DEALER FEE" this does NOT include title or tags it's just money i An awful dealership, save time and money by going any place else. THEY HAVE AN $800 "DEALER FEE" this does NOT include title or tags it's just money in their pocket. And they will try and do anything they can to screw you over on top of that. I drove 5 hours down to look at a car, and they wouldn't come down a PENNY off the price. Once I left the next day and drove back home 5 hours I looked online, and they had DROPPED THE PRICE OF THE CAR BY $200 online while I was driving home. Bottom line if I were you I'd save time, money and frustration and take your business any place else. More
