On time appointment
I had a 4pm service appointment and the attendant got me checked-in and on a shuttle van ride home in less than 30 minutes.

Brought my car in for an overdue service and was taken
well care of. Initially car wasn't seen due to a Service Writer quitting that day, but they gave me a loaner till my car was done and kept me updated
