After choosing a new F250 from their lot and verifying it was on site, I submitted an online credit app via their site, but finance dept never contacted me even after I called twice and emailed 3 times! I was prepared to purchase this vehicle and now that chance is absolutely zero. Sales staff I talked to were fine, typical. I did the legwork and researched online due to Covid19 issues, filled out credit app, scheduled a trade in inspection, etc. This is my second negative with Krause in 3 years. First was when I purchased my 2019 F250 and was met with a fairly rude sales associate. I bought the truck from another dealer even though Krause had the exact truck I was looking for simply due to customer service. More

I would recommend dealing with a salesperson who is knowledgeable about the car/truck you wish to buy. One sales manager constantly refused to deal honestly with me, and wouldn't answer simple questions about rebates, incentives and price (very annoying!) I only bought a car from them because it was a 2019 model that other dealers around no longer have. Had I been in the market for a 2020 year model vehicle, I would've walked out after spending >3 hours and not getting satisfactory sales service from the salesperson or sales manager I was dealing with. I only bought the car because they finally came down far enough on price to make the deal worth my time investment. In sales, ask for Don Kapela. Knowledgeable and helpful. Sales managers, ask for Matt or Shawn, also very helpful. Love my Mustang, but it shouldn't be so difficult to get good customer service and an honest sales experience. More

My sister purchased a used car from there and a month later the transmission went out. I called Bill Montooth who was our salesman and he worked hard to get something done. Despite the fact that the as-is paperwork was signed, Jamie Laverde who is the used car manager there, bent over backwards to make sure the car was fixed! I can’t thank the guys at Krause Family Ford enough for the work they do! I will be driving 2 hours to purchase my vehicles here from now on! More

Don't trust the finance guy either he will try to charge you 2.5% higher interest than what is available on the open market. they don't care about your time; they will spend 5.5 hrs. wearing you down til all you want to do is get out of their office. Got a complaint? Don't call the general manager of the sales manager. they don't return calls. they are to busy hiding from customers. When you think it can't get much worse; the general manager will sit on your money for the sales tax and title fees for 3 weeks so you can't register your car. do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. unhappy with my experience? Horrible service I took my 2008 Ford Explorer in for repairs on April 3rd and on April 5th 2018 paid 749.20. The issue was for the engine ovheating and after the repai I took my 2008 Ford Explorer in for repairs on April 3rd and on April 5th 2018 paid 749.20. The issue was for the engine ovheating and after the repair I was told the vehicle was fixed. So I picked it up and Friday night the next day the same issue was going on so I drove it home and brought it in the earliest they were open which was Monday. I was told the head gasket was blown and the repair would be $4,400. I was not given a refund and now I have no car. This isn't the first issue I have had with them not fixing it correctly and I will never buy Ford again or come back here. Horrible More

Next thing I know I am checking inventory and options. I clicked and within a very short period of time I got a call from a rep (Nick - CRC?) and set up an appointment with Aubrey. When I got to the showroom Aubrey met me and we talked for a bit. He knew I had the Fusion SEL (6CYL) and helped me realize that dropping to a Fusion 4cyl would be a mistake. He had pulled ONE set of keys. It was for a white 2017 Fusion Sport. We drove it and with no pressure (subliminally maybe?), from him I knew that once we agreed on a price I would be doing a trade-in. He worked on getting me where I wanted to be price wise and the next thing I know I walked out with a new car. More
