Horrible and unjust experience I thought I purchased a vehicle online . The salesman working through his manager and I agreed on the price. I put down an agreeable deposit and the salesman took the car off the lot. We agreed that he would call me back later in the the day to start the paperwork. After 4 hrs. of no communication I left a message to find out what was going on. The salesman finally called me back about a half hour later stating he was very sorry but his boss Chis Vineyard the sales manager sold the car to someone else. When I called Mr. Vineyard his response was that he had no idea what I was talking about and that this dealership does not hold cars when a deposit is made. More

I know what a I want and I am a buyer not a shopper. I make sure I let my sales people know what I am looking for and got exactly that. Decent and fair trade, price that was committed over the phone, no time wasted with manager wrangling and finance guys upselling. Clean, efficient and in a fraction of the time. Best of all I got a beautiful Ford F150 that is a dream to drive. I am very excited. Don't get me wrong. My sales man was clearly working for me and based on I wanted. He can deliver the best buying experience for you wife, kids and do the white glove treatment - he is that good - and I have met many!
