The whole experience at Cherokee Ford was great from the moment I walked on the lot. My husband and I were looking at trading our Chevy truck for a more fuel efficient car. I surfed the internet site and found a Fusion that was beautiful , though a little more than we wanted to pay. Marshall Brooks did a fantastic job showing the vehicle, reviewing its features, and I test drove the vehicle. My husband was unable to be there, so I was sent home with the Fusion so he could see it. After driving the Fusion for a couple days I was in love. We went in Saturday and started the process of purchasing the vehicle. Both Bob and Marshall were polite, upfront, and worked hard on our behalf to get the best deal possible. While waiting finance approval, Marshall played with our son, made sure we were comfortable, and overall made the experience the best we have had purchasing a vehicle to date.
