After a general service visit, the car started running VERY badly and the oil light came on. We called the service department and they told us to "drive it in" even though we were more than 20 miles away VERY badly and the oil light came on. We called the service department and they told us to "drive it in" even though we were more than 20 miles away. The car didn't make it and we had to have it towed in. It turns out that the oil filter was not correctly installed and almost all the oil drained out. The service department put the oil filter back on and topped off the oil. I asked if driving it with no oil hurt the engine and was told "probably not". 100% UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE. If ANYTHING EVER HAPPENS TO MY ENGINE, YOU CAN BET I'LL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER. More
