This review is mainly in reference to Kevin Willish. I'm in a bad spot because Ford never took appropriate action regarding Focus's transmission control modules;. He did not see fit to call me back any of those times. Service was.supposed to begin on my car today. It sat on the lot all day because I was not called or emailed "to get my permission", even though I left both with them when I dropped my car off last night. Not a good start. More
