He was very laid back, not aggressive, and very informative. My husband and I test drove several vehicles. There was one we liked a lot and Brian said to go home, take your time and think about it and if we were interested give him a call. I seriously looked at my husband dumbfounded. This guy isn’t going to try and pressure us? We knew we were going to stick with this dealership. We ended up going back and purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldn’t be happier!
