Everyone was very nice. It was a comfortable experience. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. John Dreps made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. He was very helpful in programming the computer and making my vehicle ready for me to take. I was 15 years with my last vehicle and hope to have my Ram for a long time. It is important to me to feel comfortable with my vehicle because they are a long time commitment and John understood that and did everything to make sure my new baby was right for me. I will definitely refer others to him and the dealership as a whole. Jared was great with the paperwork and got me the warranties I needed to keep my baby looking good.
