My over all experience was a 10. This was also my first time purchasing a new vehicle. It started when I pulled up, the vehicles outside looked amazing and I couldn't wait to get inside. The dealership is time purchasing a new vehicle. It started when I pulled up, the vehicles outside looked amazing and I couldn't wait to get inside. The dealership is very tidy, inside and out. I was greeted at the door with warm, friendly, genuine hellos. I was treated kindly with the utmost hospitality from not only the gentleman that sold me my truck but by the entire staff. They also extended that hospitality to my father who accompanied me. I've been in and out for 2 months, I never felt pressured to make a fast decision. I was never lied to throughout the whole process. I was set the correct expectations from the beginning of the process to the end. (Payments, financing, vehicle performance ect..) Both of those factors were key. All of my needs in a vehicle were met by Mr. Collier. Wesley and the rest of the Kufleitner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Trucks of Boardman family executed with precision. Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler, only got one key. They continued giving excuses on the previous owner was bringing it in, can't find it, moving, etc. Took over a month to get a new key that I had to get continued giving excuses on the previous owner was bringing it in, can't find it, moving, etc. Took over a month to get a new key that I had to get programmed at my local dealer, they gave me a check for the cost. Took over a month to get the title from Ohio to PA. Lots of un-returned calls from various people. More
