We informed when we called service what the recall was that we needed repaired. We got appointment for about 4 days later, when we got the truck to appointment, we dropped it off, only to receive a call w that we needed repaired. We use this truck in our business, to stop it for an entire day means we lose AT MINIMUM $2,200.00. So we stopped our entire operation for absolutely no reason, giving us thousands of dollars loss. Very unprofessional, they should have been aware there were no parts as the gentleman looked our truck up specifically to assure the recall wasn't done already. More
