Derek took care of us in financing and when we turned down the extended warranty, Derek asked some qualifying questions. Thank God he did and we said yes to a VW extended warranty on a 9-yr-old Beetle, just like we bought it new. I am so grateful he didn't just press on after we initially said no because we clearly didn't realize the value of the VW warranty at first.
