I have been coming here for years now and although Kuhn VW is no longer the closest Volkswagen service center for me since I have moved to North Tampa, I continue to drive the extra distance to make sure my car is worked on by the best mechanics and to guarantee I always have the best experience! Great Service We recently bought a used Passat for our 16-yr-old son. Chris Adams, our salesperson, was knowledgable and friendly and helped us get the car we want We recently bought a used Passat for our 16-yr-old son. Chris Adams, our salesperson, was knowledgable and friendly and helped us get the car we wanted for the price we wanted. We appreciated the low-pressure environment and overall experience. The only negative was that we had to wait for the car to be detailed (maybe 30-40 minutes) and, while we were waiting in front of the building, we overheard several salespeople (not Chris) complain about the Service department focusing on detailing cars to be put on display while customers were waiting. While they had a point (they weren’t talking to us), it was unprofessional and one of them used the f- word which surprised us. We were happy with our overall experience and thought Chris did a great job working with us. More

Standard service The service center is fairly efficient, and the pricing is reasonable. The only constructive feedback I have, is that I asked for my car to be washed, The service center is fairly efficient, and the pricing is reasonable. The only constructive feedback I have, is that I asked for my car to be washed, but there were still bird droppings on it when I picked it up...might want to do a deeper cleaning in the future. Also, the person who cleaned the inside of my car, left a dirty rag in the driver's seat, and also had a bit of a body odor problem, that was apparent when I got in it to drive home. More
