Tedious From 2015 to now always great care. This month had to schedule on a weekend, found out my usual service rep resigned and went elsewhere, had a fill in From 2015 to now always great care. This month had to schedule on a weekend, found out my usual service rep resigned and went elsewhere, had a fill in who came from another vehicle area and spoke moderately good English and was easily agitated with additional customers, lack of manager presence and me, who had a concern that he didn’t think was valid. So after being exasperated with my concern he blew me off and I pursued a manager. Mgr refunded me my services. My windshield wipers werent changed my onboard computer wasnt reset and is now frozen? Im going to reeves to correct these. The mgr who helped me was great. But until the service dept is revamped and staffed appropriately im not going back More
