2012 Jetta Service I took my car for general service. I was told I needed 1640.00 in repairs to the brake vacuum. I approved the repairs. When I got the car back I wa I took my car for general service. I was told I needed 1640.00 in repairs to the brake vacuum. I approved the repairs. When I got the car back I was disappointed to see they did not wipe down the interior. I was not expecting a full detail but felt they could have wiped down the interior for the amount of money spent when I just had them do such an expensive repair. I called to discuss this and was told they do not do details. Again I did not expect a full detail but surely a wipe down of the seats and dash should be considered when a service exceeds $1000.00! More

We went to Kuhn Volkswagen just to look around and the experience was amazing! Josef and Johanna worked with us and answered all our questions. We ended up buying a car. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a dealership. They continue to follow up to make sure everything is going good. I can’t say enough good things about them. I have already recommend Kuhn to friends and family. Thank you guys!! More

Not recommended I came in for a Mazda recall and from the beginning they (a white, heavy-set service personnel) over-exaggerated things as if to sell me further servi I came in for a Mazda recall and from the beginning they (a white, heavy-set service personnel) over-exaggerated things as if to sell me further services, and I declined. I called my wife to pick me up since I was told it would take some time, and when I mentioned that would just leave my number so I could return, but was told it would possibly be just about 20 minutes. That 20 minutes, turned into over an hour. When I acquired about it, he said “the car possibly had to be jumped”, which I know didn’t happen, and he gave me a printout for my recall. On the printout it said “numerous lights on dash, battery completely dead.” both of which are falsehoods. He then said the reason it took so long was it was going to be washed and vacuumed; again, a total lie. Neither of which are done but I didn’t press it since I didn’t pay anything (it was a product recall amway) and enough time was already spent. All in all, if I had to get work done, it wouldn’t be with such a place. It’s shady from the begginning and it’s the reason people don’t want to go to dealerships service stations More
