Consistently Superior Personalized Service: Tim Heil Since 2009, when I leased my very first of what proved to be three identical VW Custom Coupes, I have had the completely unexpected pleasure of worki Since 2009, when I leased my very first of what proved to be three identical VW Custom Coupes, I have had the completely unexpected pleasure of working with Tim Heil (and Kyle Enos) at Kuhn Volkswagen Service. Tim Heil and Kyle Enos are VW Service superstars: It's as simple as that! The other day I found myself facing a battery crisis, which Tim expertly resolved. (I didn't realize it, but my 2014 CC was long overdue for a new battery, and so it had unexpectedly given up the ghost in our local Walmart parking lot.) As I waited for the battery charging truck to arrive, I called around to check battery prices, but ultimately I found myself driving to Kuhn VW Service where a new battery with an excellent warranty and a fair price could be installed in a fashion that would ensure that all of my electronics and sensors were properly reconfigured. While I was at Kuhn, Tim worked with me to get a few other service items taken care of, and we also worked out a specific service plan (it saved me a few hundred dollars) for my very low mileage 2014 CC. (Believe it or not, my 2014 CC only has 15,000 miles on its odometer.) Over the years, I have been consistently amazed by Tim's expertise, by his professionalism, and by his customer-first/customer care philosophy. Tim provides extraordinary service every single time...that's who he is, not simply what he does. With my very first 2009 black-on-black CC, I remember how a tail light bulb unexpectedly failed. I noticed a reading on the dash and immediately called Tim. In his inimitable style, he said, "Can you bring it over right away?" Within a few short minutes I was in the Kuhn Service area, and before I knew it, Tim had replaced the defective bulb himself, and then I was on my way. That little story is a metaphor for the service that I have received from Tim (and from Kyle) during every single service visit since 2009! Frankly, Tim sets the gold standard for service, as does Kyle, and their personalized expert service, along with the VW CC's styling, engineering, and handling, have motivated me to stay with Kuhn (and to stay with 3 identical CC's in a row) since 2009. Bravo, Tim! (and Bravo, Kyle!) More

I ordered a part that was supposed to be at willcall but they had a hard time finding. It was supposed to take 30 minutes to replace part and then car wash. Ryan said in total hour and 30 minutes which didn’t make sense but I said ok. When it was over 1 hour and 30 minutes I went looking for Ryan and my car Ryan was not there. A few minutes later another guy came and got me and said my folder was laying on Ryan’s desk. A little annoyed but I will let it slide. Later in day my back up wasn’t working. I called service Who said I could not make an appointment after 3:30 PM on Monday even though they are open until 7 PM p.m. I was upset about that. He said I could stop by after work and maybe they can look at it. I really wasn’t happy with that answer. He said he will have someone from service call me tomorrow. Later I got in my car in the back up camera is working. More

No one including the regional rep that we tried to get help from was willing to work with us and even Mazda HQ told us to get a second opinion that the dealer just wants to make money off us. We got a call a week later from someone and they didn’t even know we had picked up our car. Just a mess and horrible service, no attention to detail, and we did not trust them. More
