They will go to any lengths to help you I came into Kuhn after my old car blew up. My credit wasn’t the greatest. Rick did anything and everything possible to get me into my new 2017 Jetta. Lemons make lemonade I bought my car October 30th 2017 from William dimond a used 2011 Chevy Cruze it was an awsome deal however I was there for 7+hours of which they made I bought my car October 30th 2017 from William dimond a used 2011 Chevy Cruze it was an awsome deal however I was there for 7+hours of which they made up for with a free detail and tank of gas however not even 3 days after I bought the car of which I am on payments for it started missing and running really bad was sent to service and was told that I needed spark plugs and that they would put them in at cost well I shouldn’t have had been told that a week after owning this car so I replaced the spark plugs now this car should have been looked at before I purchased it now after the spark plugs the car is continuing to run extremely bad misfiring check engine lights all the above not to mention I had to sign a car fax which I was told I could have a copy of and after asking several times I still have not received I now feel that I have been ripped off because the only reason I bought this car was to perform Uber and I can’t even do that now and that was my only source of income currently so with all of this being said I will never refer anyone to this dealership and I highly recommend that nobody buy a used car from this place this is a really bad investment on my part and I am very disappointed with the service I have received More
