When I go to Kuhn and the service department, I’m greeted by everyone with a smile and it’s evident when dealing with them, that they look out for their customers best interests. Most impressive is Cody’s dedication. He makes sure that the experience goes far beyond the sale for all of his clients. Over the years he has always stayed in touch. Anything I need, I know that I can reach out to him, anytime of day or night and he will get it set up. Whether it is booking a service appointment, questions about coverage, or questions about getting into a new car he always bends over backwards to help. Too many specific examples to list. However, most recently he has even taken time out of his personal schedule to help me. 5 stars all the way! More

Felt like home, wasn't pressured into buying anything! Everything about this place was like a family, from the employees to how they care for their cars. I know I can come back to Kuhn Volkswagen any time and get the best service and help for my new "baby". I felt no pressure to buy anything and I was allowed to take my time in making decisions. Also the manager, Rick was very helpful and forthcoming, making sure everything was alright for me! Their snacks and drinks are also very good quality and enjoyable when you end up spending a couple hours there purchasing a vehicle. But all in all, it was a quick process! Saw the car on Tuesday, made the deal later that day and because of a different delay I had the car keys in my hand by Friday. I'm very happy and highly recommend them 😊 More
