I bought a used VW. My husband is a body man and when i brought the car home to surprise him he noticed cosmetic damages. I took the car back and brought it to their attention for them to fix. They gave me a rental & we're apparently making the necessary cosmetic repairs to my purchase for 2 weeks. A week passed and no call to notify me to the status of my purchase. I then kept playing phone tag with the dealership; from the sales man to the service men to the managers. Finally, I got tired of waiting and went to the dealership to find out about my purchase. Come to find out they were lying to me the whole time and my car was parked the whole 2 weeks. They claimed they are not going to make the repairs & they gave me the car as is. They gave me a $25 gift card to Walmart instead of making the repairs to my purchase. I then called VW of America and they claimed that because it's not a brand new car that I had to handle it with the dealership. Which I tried to do but getting ahold of a manager to handle my situation was just not happening for me. Every time I called either all managers were busy, not available and I would leave many voice mails. The voice mails left me no where but back to my sales man who was clearly not helping me at all. They took my money and brushed me off... More

I visited this dealer twice within a year span. Both times were excellent experiences. The salesman I worked with was named Carlos. The 2010 I got had a few nicks and scratches, which they took care of. By the time I saw the car, it was in immaculate shape. Erick was a ball of energy and pushed through several obstacles on a very busy day. He was attentive, explained things very honestly, worked hard to achieve my approval, and made me feel comfortable. We were between homes (sold the old and hadn't closed on the new), staying in a hotel, half of what we were transporting was in the trunk and we couldn't get the trunk open. It's Sunday and Kuhn was the only dealer open (sales, not service). I explained the problem to the floor sales manager and he put me in touch with Carlos. Couldn't have asked for a more courteous, experienced individual. He suspected right away what the problem was (user error, how embarrasing) and resolved the problem without makeing me feel like an idiot. He even set me up with a tire pressure guage in the glove box along with his business card and asked that I call him if I had any other problems. An excellent example of what true customer service is all about. Will call this gentleman when looking for my next car. More
