A few day later something went wrong with the navigation system, and I worked with JIm, again an outstanding employee, he listened to my concerns, was friendly, professional and also was able to secure a loner car for me to use. service personel disappointing finish Last week we had a 2006 xc90 undergo expensive repairs $ 1,700 worth We have a broken tailighton the rear passenger side which is on back order.and y Last week we had a 2006 xc90 undergo expensive repairs $ 1,700 worth We have a broken tailighton the rear passenger side which is on back order.and your staff offered to keep the vehicle overnight until the part arrives , we couldnt leave the vehicle We returned to pick up the vehicle after 7 pm in the dealership The following day iby phoneasked about why no one offered any solution to the tailight I feel the answer i got was dismissive and was minimizing my concern I was told if water got in the worst i could expext is s A burned out bulb ( which could theoretically make my vehicle a hazard to other drivers , i was told the dealershipare not allowed to cover the tailight or make any modifications In any case how will you handle this ? Am i to expect a call the part is in or do inhave to pursue this. In any case i still feel this part of the repair was not important to your sevice staff and after such ahuge expense i dont feel i was driving a vehicle with areputation for safety.
