I came into the place panicking because I was losing air pressure on one of the tires through a previous patch in it from a flat tire I had gotten in the winter. I came in without an appointment looking for Chip (he's always so kind to me) but he happened to be off that day, so that I met Jim for the first time. He couldn't have been more helpful. He explained to me everything related to my dilemma and accommodated me right away. He was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful!!
