The young woman who made my appointment was very nice. Steve is service was nice too. I ended up having to call him for updates on my car though. He didn’t call me. Service was able to diagnose the problem but because I have a 2006 GTo you were unable to provide the parts I need to address my issue. The cashiers did not wear masks. Service department did wear masks. I found the cashiers not wearing masks to be unsafe and don’t understand how you think that’s acceptable in a pandemic. Finally, the man who brought my car around made a comment to me about how difficult it must be for me to get in and out of my car. I didn’t appreciate it. Whether it was an ‘aw shucks’ observation , I don’t know. I don’t need that commentary though. I didn’t appreciate it one bit. More
