Joe was very patient and listened carefully. We just bought a new 2020 Envision. Had the car for one month and found out the battery needed to be replaced. Joe explained this was nit unusual. Best Service Ever! I had just bought a 2003 Buick Century. I needed a look over to make sure that the current condition was as good as I was told when I purchased it, al I had just bought a 2003 Buick Century. I came in to stalk about my appointment and right away the sales desk lady called John, the manager over to talk with me. He made sure that I was getting all of the services that I needed, plus walked me over to show me where the drop box was for the keys. On the day of my appointment, John personally called me to tell me the status of my car. I used to own a 2010 Buick LaSabre and had gotten all of my service done here. Everyone has always been so nice and makes you feel like they really want you to trust them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! More

This visit was unpleasant. Took too long! Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They replaced the battery without asking or notifying me. It was covered under the bumper to Took too long!
