Oil Change Solomon was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful. Excellent Work By The Service Center Our new car was hit from behind doing damage to the back of the car. We took the car in to be examined! They told us what needed to be done, scheduled us for it to be repaired and in 3 days it was returned to us in excellent condition. The Good and The Bad It was very confusing that the person who took my service reservation was not an employee of John Paul's GMC. Further she was not very knowledgeable. The good, was that the service writer made me aware of special offers that neither GMC nor the appointment system even bothered to mention. Service was quick, appears to have been done correctly. The Bad, I had just washed my floor mats. When the vehicle was returned after service, the driver's side floor mat was covered with black oily splotches. At every dealer service center I have ever previously used, they always put down a protective paper covering. No such luck here. If I can't get this cleaned I will be asking John Paul's to get me a new floor mat. Otherwise, quick, friendly and helpful service. More
