Outstanding customer service and support I went in with what I thought was a small oil leak. It turned out to be a $4000 repair. I was not concerned I have an extended warranty. Well the insurer did not want to pay the whole bill, because of the age of the car 13 years. The dealership assured me that this had never happened before. My service advisor Solomon Bunn said don't worry he would start pursuing a reason and a solution. Being unable to solve the issue himself, he got the service manager Mike Evans and several other people involved. They worked with the insurer and were able to resolve the issue and get the bill paid. In over 50 years of buying cars and having them repaired I have never had this level of concern for the customer shown to me. More

Excellent, friendly service. I asked that the tire pressure be checked and they said that was part of the routine oil change and fluid top off. I will find out next time I'm in my car and I will check the pressure on my dash. More

The insurance company asked if there was a repair shop that I preferred to use, I told them John Paul GMC, it didn't surprise me to hear that John Paul was listed as one of their preferred vendors. The majority of my dealings relative to this visit were with Ed, the body shop manager and from his initial call to me, he was professional and straight to the point. He took care of all the arrangements with the rental car facility and made my experience smooth and easy from start to finish. The work that was performed on my vehicle was excellent and it looks better than it did when it bas new. Keep up the great work and thank you for exceeding my expectations as a customer! More
