Horrible experience I purchased a new car and then purchased the Zurich shield for it. After being delayed once I took my car in to have it applied to the exterior and in I purchased a new car and then purchased the Zurich shield for it. After being delayed once I took my car in to have it applied to the exterior and interior. When I picked up my car the inside was not done. It was still dirty and the out side was greasy and streaky. Also I’m not sure how they did it but there was a huge scratch or scuff on the top of my driver side mirror. I talked to my service rep Sol who was extremely rude and told me that it’s not their department or issue even though the service department is where I delivered the car and got the rental. They redid the Zurich shield 2 days later and buffed the scratch out. In all I had to miss about 7 hours of work dealing with issues or dropping cars off. If you do use them make sure you inspect everything they do. I also called their new car manager back after he left me a voicemail and I have yet to hear back days later. More

Oil change and tire rotation Service desk clerk was new and when I had a question she told me to ask another clerk instead doing it herself. I asked her also regarding the courtesy driver and was told 15 minutes. Waited in the waiting area the 15 minutes and approached the cashier area. Asked about courtesy driver and was told it still would be an additional 20 minutes. During our conversation and mid sentence the phone rang. The clerk turn away from me without saying a thing and answered the phone. When she finished with her call she turned her attention back to me but at that time I needed to repeat everything again. The service itself on the vehicle was spot on. If this service center wasn’t so close to my home I would consider elsewhere. More
