Lack of communication Made an appointment for 715 AM regarding an AC check since unit was not working. Told it would take 60-90 minutes for initial diagnostic and would re Made an appointment for 715 AM regarding an AC check since unit was not working. Told it would take 60-90 minutes for initial diagnostic and would recommend that they give me a shuttle ride home versus waiting there. Little did I know that this would place a priority 5 on my vehicle versus I higher priority if I waited there. After 2 hours of no feedback, I called and left a voice message for my service rep. After another 90 minute wait, I called again but asked for the service manager. Got his voice mail too (made me wonder if anyone was working). Hung up and called again - the individual answering upon hearing my situation, agreed to walk a note back for a response. A call back stated that they were still trying to diagnose issue, since it is probably a slow leak. If nothing shows by 2 PM, would recommend using vehicle and bring it back if something shows up in the next month or so. Around 220 PM, got a call from the shuttle driver, not the service rep, saying vehicle was down and he would be coming to pick me up. Summary - issue may not be resolved but overall communication experience was very poor. Seems service quality has been dropping. More
