She booked my appointment for the very next opening. When I arrived the Manager (I believe his name is Mike) noticed I had a recall on my vehicle. Mike asked if I wanted them to get to it today, and it would possibly take 1.5 hours. I said Yes, he later came back and said there are parts they would have to order and it can’t be done today. He was very apologetic and even gave me a discount. I brought my car in the very next day for the recall. John (George) helped me and called approximately under two hours to tell me my car was ready. Talk about fast service. I was told 4 hours! I am very pleased about the overall service provided. Thank you! More

We have used Night Drop Off too and they always call in the morning to let you know your car has been noticed in their lot and they are working on it. Out of town needed Help I was from of out town, car had locked up brakes had the car towed on a Sunday night call service on Monday morning talked to Joe Carini He was a Big I was from of out town, car had locked up brakes had the car towed on a Sunday night call service on Monday morning talked to Joe Carini He was a Big Help. I was 80 miles away back home and not knowing car status he review the car and updated me on the problem.He was able to have the parts and service the car so I could drive back 80 miles that Monday late afternoon and pickup the car. Being from out of town Joe took the time to work with me as if I was a customer of John Paul Brick that had done my service for years.THANKS JOE More
