Not happy! Once again I waited 1hr and 45min for an oil change and tire rotation. I was the first appt. Then was forced to watch fox news and all of its propaganda. People should not have to watch that crap. Was not told about a car wash that I did not want. Car was just washed 2 days before. Came back dripping with water. Needed reclean when I got home. I have never waited so long for an oil change at other dealers. You get 1 more chance!!! Sol was great as always. The only bright spot for that visit. More

Great customer service Left vm w/Service Department explaining situation w/my vehicle. I received a return call from Carol w/in 15 minutes. (Before Carol returned my call, Left vm w/Service Department explaining situation w/my vehicle. I received a return call from Carol w/in 15 minutes. (Before Carol returned my call, she spoke w/Service Advisor, Solomon Bunn about the vm I left). Carol advised me to bring my car in, but could not guarantee it would be fixed that day depending the outcome of the diagnosis. I asked if a rental was available just in case. She confirned w/Solomon, and yes, one was available if need be. Arrived at the service area. Solomon wrote up my service ticket, showed me where the service waiting area was and told me he'll give me an update once received from the technician. Within a short period of time, Solomon explained the diagnosis (replacement part needed wasn't available), the technician was able to temporarly fix my car so I was able to get home to Oshkosh. (I was given the information w/part number for me to get fixed once I returned home). Carol went above and beyond the call of duty before and after she returned my call. Solomon Bunn also went above and beyond the call of duty for his service and compassion. I'm forever grateful for the customer care I received in the service department at John Paul. Sheila S. Booth Lisa and the sales manager were great to deal with and their service department has always done a great job and the whole dealership is concerned for the customer and their needs. We will be back starting around December to decide on either a new lease or the purchase of the Regal, whichever is the best deal. Sol in the service is always friendly and willing to do everything to ensure that the customer is satisfied. A great experience always. More

I called the Service Department and spoke directly with the Serv The Navigation System in my 2014 Buick Regal T did not appear to be working properly. I called the Service Department and spoke directly with the Service Director (Mr. Nick Harmon), who scheduled a same day appointment for me. Mr. Steve Buczak (Service Manager) was thorough in conveying what needed to be done to remedy the issue with my vehicle. I was provided with a Rental SUV while my vehicle was assessed and re-programed. I was told that it may take up to a day to discover the issue, and work to repair it. Instead, it only took 3 hours. Once again, I was exceedingly pleased with the level of service I received at John Paul's Buick GMC, and I will continue to recommend the Service Department to friends and family. More
